Return/Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We offer a 5-day return/exchange policy, meaning you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at fxretina@gmail.com.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the invoice at the time of return pickup.
  • Once a product has been used, it will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns and exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:
    • The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
    • The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
    • The product has expired by the time of delivery.
  • If your return is accepted, we will pick up the item from the same address it was delivered to, and you will be notified of the expected pick-up date.
  • In the case of an exchange, the new product will be delivered to you within 3-5 days after the return pick-up is completed.

Delivery Discrepancies:

  • If there is any discrepancy with your delivery, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Order cancellations are only accepted if the product has not yet been shipped. If the cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a full refund.
  • FX Retina reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors, or issues with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
